Grading Policy

Test - 40%

Notebook(Portfolio) - 40%

Quiz - 10%

Daily Grade - 10%

  • Every day is worth ten points.  
  • In class and in seat when bell rings - 3pts
  • Materials (Pencil, Paper, Notebook & Book) - 4pts
  • Following rules and procedures - 3pts

 

Class Room Procedures

  1. Be in your seat when the bell rings

  2. Sharpen your pencil at the beginning of class

  3. When the bell rings class starts, therefore I should not need to tell you to be quiet.

  4. Hand in all work at the beginning of class.  All work will be turned into the box.

  5. Look at the white board or the chalk board for daily instruction

     

     

Classroom Rules

  1. Respect self, others and school property
  2. Be responsible for your self and not for others.
  3. No cheating is allowed.  A zero will be given no questions asked.
  4. Late work will not be accepted.
  5. We will follow school rules on acceptable behavior.
  6. If you break lab equipment you will pay for it.
  7. It is your responsibility to make sure you understand the material we are covering.  If you don't understand please ask because that is what I'm here for.

 

Expectations

  1. I expect each of you to be a success.
  2. I expect each of you to respect me and in turn I will respect each of you.
  3. I expect everyone to come to class ready to learn.
  4. I expect each of you to give me 110% everyday.
  5. I expect each of you to improve on your current study skills and become better students and citizens.

2.  Notebook paper
