Mrs. Harlow graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Fine Arts. She has her E.S.L. endorsement and over 80 additional hours. After graduating she taught in Ulysses for two years before getting married to Richard and moving to Moscow, KS. They have two children and three grandchildren. She came to Elkhart in 2000 and enjoys her classes and her students. |
