Parent Information and Upcoming Events

Friday May 2, 2008: Field Trip to Johnson, Kansas for Kansas Kids Fitness Day.
     ~ Permission slips will be sent home this week.
     ~ Departure will be around 8:30 p.m. Arrival time back home will be about 3:00 p.m.
     ~ In backpacks please include: activities to stay busy, such as games, CD player
        w/headphones, NO CELL PHONES!!! Jacket, camera, hat, sunscreen, pillow, blanket.
     ~ We will be involved in physical activities so shorts, tennis shoes, seat suit, jeans will be
        needed. (Watch the weather.) NO SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS.
     ~ Bring a swimsuit, towel, and plastic bag.
     ~ For lunch please send disposable items and a drink. Send throw a way bags. The lunches will
        be placed in a cooler and put under the bus.
     ~ Please note that not all these items are necessary.

Students should be at or around 50% of their goals by the end of this week.
