Middle School League Choir News

The Middle School Choir travelled to Leoti on May 13, 2010, to participate in the League Music Festival. The choir did an awesome job and received the ratings of I+, II+ and II++ from the judges. Mrs. Bane challenged the students to sing in a way that the judges would comment on how beautiful their tone and vowels were. If the judges commented on them, she would dye her hair any color they wanted. The judges noticed the beauty in their words, so Mrs. Bane will be a blonde by the end of the week (pics to follow). Congratulations choir!
The following students sang solos at the League festivals. Their ratings were Shanie H. I, Jill M. II, Allie H. I-, Edic M. I, Morgan L. I-, Marshall W. I and Domini W. II. Marissa S., Mikaea W., Alyssa C., Melissa S., and Sydney G. participated in a quintet and received a I- rating. Ashlyn S. on the piano and Karen C. on her flute accompanied a quartet which included Catelynne C., Mikayla L., Madison W., and Keyah R.
