First Grade Reader's Theater

Lights, Camera, ACTION!
Mrs. Boaldin’s first graders recently performed a Reader’s Theater entitled “Little Red Hen.” The students enjoyed reenacting this traditional story as they learned a lesson about being more responsible. Reader’s Theater is a fun way to increase fluency as students add voice and expression to a story. Our class is now reading “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” as plan for our next Reader’s Theater.
