EHS Counselor

    As a former native of New Mexico, my family and I moved to Kansas about 17 years ago and have lived in Morton County for twelve of those years. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from New Mexico State University. I later obtained my Master's degree in secondary school counseling from Fort Hays State University.
     My husband, Eddy, and I have been married for 27 years and have two children. Our eldest, Dawnee Rae, is a 2003 graduate of Elkhart High School and a 2007 graduate of Fort Hays State University. She is recently married and now lives in Wisconsin.  Our youngest, Ty, is a 2006 graduate of Elkhart High School and is a student at the University of Arkansas.
   I enjoy many hobbies including music, reading, quilting, stained glass, and fusing glass. We live in the country and I enjoy my chickens and the peace and quiet of the Kansas grasslands.
