Hi Plains League Art Show

Twenty two students attended the Hi-Plains League Art Show held in Syracuse on Wednesday April 8. The day started with students viewing the art show and voting on their ‘student choice award'. This was followed by a short video on "Recycled Art". The student were divided into groups of 3 and worked for about an hour on constructing their own sculpture using recycled 'stuff'. Jesse R, Pamela A and Truide U were the winners of this contest.
The students then reconvened in the gym and watched as the judges did a critique on the work in the show. This was followed by medals given to 50 of the top pieces.
