The Elkhart Elementary winter program will be presented on Tuesday, December 16 at 7:00 PM in the EHS auditorium. It was scheduled on the school calendar for Dec. 9 but was changed due to a conflict.
SANTA’S HOLIDAY HOEDOWN will feature all students in grades K-4. The show is about a financial crunch hitting Santa’s Toy Shop. THere is not enough money to make toys for all the good girls and boys and the shop may have to close down and cancel Christmas. A bright elf comes up with the idea of taking a country / western show on the road to Branson, Missouri and make a sleigh full of money to keep the north pole shop in business.
Songs include WE’RE NOT REINDEER, ELVIS LIVES, LAYIN’ IT ON THE LINE, I’M NOT WILLIE NELSON and WILL SANTA COME THROUGH. It will be an enjoyable show that should not be missed.
All students will be asked to wear western clothes; jeans, western shirt and boots are suggested. Some special characters will wear other costumes that will be provided.
Please mark your calendar for Tuesday, December 16, 7:00PM in the EHS auditorium.
